The Villa Alice 1.5 floors fits all functions. On the ground floor the master bedroom with its generous surface has its own entrance to the bathroom. The two smaller bedrooms has connection to the other toilet. Kitchen/Entrance forms the core between the two wings that are open to the ridge. Closets are adjacent to the entrance door. Outside the living room there is a sheltered patio. Inside the laundry/service entrance there is a cloakroom with good storage for outerwear. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a living room and a toilet with shower. The wings are connected by a footbridge which provides an open and lovely atmosphere.

From the entrance hall you reach the kitchen, living room and wc with shower. See-through from all sides when you stand at the stairs makes the house intriguing with an airy atmosphere. It is also open to the ridge in the kitchen, dining area and living room. Added to this are three bedrooms, toilet and laundry with second entrance in the first floor. When you reach the upper level, there is in addition a small office space, a bathroom, a considerable supply as well as a large master bedroom or perhaps children's playroom. Bismarck is a house with a ruff New England- design that fits in both densely populated areas as well as in the country side.

In villa Discovery you are welcomed by a spacious entrance with an angled staircase and twin entrances to the open floor plan between kitchen, dining area and living room. On the ground floor there is also an office/guest room and wc with shower and laundry room with service entrance. On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with attached dressing room where it is possible to add a laundry chute to the laundry room. This bedroom has its own connection to the bathroom. Living room becomes a quiet and secluded spot for television or perhaps play area for children. Finally, two smaller bedrooms that are separate from the main bedroom.

Villa Allington is a vacation home with two identical mirror housings facing each other. The big inlet of light allows the apartments to feel spacious and bright, creating an intimate feel. Each apartment has three bedrooms and besides there is the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room on the upper floor which covers the need beds in the house. From the living room on the upper floor there is access to the balcony for warm summer evenings. The house is inspired by Danish architecture and is characterized by the rustic style.
